Specific surface area of cotton fibers is important for dyeing characteristics. It is studied and measured by various methods such as: moisture adsorption, nitrogen adsorption, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, etc. But there are a lot of inconveniences and difficulties for each method due to the modification of the surface area caused by the surrounding phase. The purpose of this paper is to propose a simple method to analyse this type of surface
