Enlargement of the EU. A boost for the market for Mediterranean citrus fruits ?

Imbert E.. 2003. Fruitrop (English ed.) (100) : p. 4-8.

These markets have therefore become essential for the balance of the international citrus trade, especially for exporting countries around the Mediterranean. FruiTrop presents a brief panorama and, above all, a view of the future. Indeed, the rise in the standard of living related to EU entry in 2004 should enable a substantial increase in consumption that has already reached a good level.
