Losch B.. 2013. In : Losch Bruno (ed.), Magrin Géraud (ed.), Imbernon Jacques (ed.). A new emerging rural world : An overview of rural change in Africa. Montpellier : CIRAD, p. 18-19.

The densification ofthe population andimprovements in communications are nevertheless producing lifestyle and regional changes. Transforming this new rural context into a factor ofdevelopment is a major challenge for policy makers. (Résumé d'auteur)
