There is little in common between the fresh pineapple and pineapple juice and preserves markets, except perhaps for the climate, which has had and continues to have a depressing effect on world supply. In addition, this sector, like many others, is still coping with the disruptive effects of the pandemic and the inflationary climate, which is exerting strong pressure on production costs.
